Sadanand Pattanshetty is the Founder & CEO of Ayud Software and the creator of Ayud — a career guidance platform built to act as a “GPS for your career.”
For over five years, Sadanand has been building Ayud with a single belief: that every young person deserves clarity about their future before they’re forced to choose a path. Too many students pick a stream, a course, or a career based on pressure or guesswork rather than a real understanding of their own strengths and interests. Ayud exists to change that.
The platform guides students from class 10 onwards — helping them explore career options through the Career LAB Roadmap, evaluate their abilities with self-assessment tools like GoTestIt, get personalized guidance through Ask Ayud, and ultimately connect to jobs, skilling, and entrepreneurship opportunities. The focus is deliberately on tier-2 and tier-3 India, where quality career guidance is hardest to find.
Sadanand’s vision for Ayud is to transform lives and empower careers — to help people do what makes them happy, evaluate their skills and knowledge honestly, and connect where the opportunities are. He believes a values-driven approach to careers, not just chasing packages, is the missing piece in today’s education system.
Beyond Ayud, Sadanand serves as IT & Digital Advisor at the Kalaburagi Chamber of Commerce & Industry (KKCCI) and has supported women’s entrepreneurship through initiatives like UN ESCAP’s TechShe program. He is based in Kalaburagi, Karnataka.
